Do you shipping internationally?

Yes. We ship all over the world.

How much will shipping cost?

The price of shipping all depends on the total weight of your order, your location and your selected shipping method. Unfortunately the e-commerce software we use doesn't have a way to calculate shipping prior to checkout. So the best method to get a shipping estimate is:

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

This depends on the shipping method you select. U.S.P.S. First-Class Mail is not an insured form of shipping. Meaning that if your package is lost, or products arrive damaged, we will not issue a refund or ship new replacement products. We always suggest that you select Priority Mail as it is insured and we pay the extra to make sure it insured up to the total value of the order.

Within the United State the difference in price between First-Class and Priority Mail is only a couple of dollars usually. However, we understand that to our international clients the price of Priority International can be expensive. We are always looking for ways to reduce shipping costs as much as possible.

Do you have pre-made inventory of your products?

No. All of our products are made-to-order. It wouldn't be feasible to have pre-made products due to the fact that we offer so many color options and product versions.

How long does it take you to print and ship my order?

The time from you placing an order to us shipping it all depends on what products you order, how many products you order and the number of different colors selected for each product.

For example, the Abomination takes 24 hours to print and the Universal Lock Holder with all the inserts takes 17 hours to print. So if you ordered this on a Monday, the Abomination wouldn't even be done printing until sometime Tuesday and depending on the time of day you ordered, we may not be able to start the Universal Lock Holder until later Tuesday night, meaning it won't be done un Wednesday. Then we package and ship the items.

Also another thing that dictates time to ship is we print all of our orders in the order they were placed. So if you place an order for an Abomination behind 8 people who also ordered an Abomination, your order wouldn't print for 8 days. This is a VERY extreme example, but it's important to understand this.

If you ask our past customers, most will tell you they got their items very quickly. We try to ship items out no longer than 4 to 5 days after they are ordered, but on average, we usually ship them sooner than that.

I have an idea for something I'd like to have made. Do you do custom work?

Yes. If you have an idea for a product that I don't already have on the site, or an idea on how to alter a product I already offer, then send me an email and I'll work with you to design exactly what you are looking for!

I placed orders at different times, but both in the same color, however, the colors aren't exactly the same. Why?

We try to stay with the same brand of filament as much as possible. However, there are times when we are running low on a certain color and the manufacturer we normally use is out of stock. So we have to order from another manufacturer. Very rarely do two different manufacturers have identical colors of filament even if the names are both blue, red, yellow, etc. We do our best to keep our filament colors the same, but we do not guarantee that.

My print has a defect in it. Will you send me a refund?

We inspect all of our products after they finish printing and before we package them up. If during the print process, we find a defect, we will reprint your item until it is correct.

However, with 3D printing there are somethings that are just not perfect. There might be a small gap or space. You might see something called "stringing" where it looks like there are little pieces of hair on the print. These are normal in 3D printing. We always post process as much as needed to make the part functional.

What is your return policy?

Due to the fact that each item is custom printed per order all sales are final.

We may offer refunds on a per case basis at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from us to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.

Can I cancel an order I've placed and get a refund?

We allow you to cancel your order for a refund as long as we haven't set your order to "Processing" or "Printing Started". Once your order is switched to processing or shipping started this means your item is currently on the printer being made. So as long as your order status is still "Awaiting Processing", then yes, we will gladly cancel the order and issue you a full refund.

What type of plastic do you print with?

We print all of our items in PLA. However, there are some future items that we may make that will be printed in PETG, ASA, PC, Nylon and/or Flexible Filaments as they better fit the need for the tool.
